The Farm Água Milagrosa (Engl. Spirited Water), with an area of 3,050.70 hectares, gradually woithdrew from coffee monoculture, and Dr. Alberto Ortenblad, at the present day succeeded in the company management by his youngest son, Carlos Arthur, diversified his activities to rubber-trees, orange and castor bean planting, and livestock breeding.

Within a family tradition where a harmony between modern and productive farming and the environmental conservation is possible and necessary, the Farm Água Milagrosa has engaged and continues to engage in applied research agreements with universities, research entities and government agencies, whose results are disclosed without any restriction or reserve, even when there is no commercial value involved.
